UK's NIESR - BOE tightening cycle begins this Thursday and shall end in 2021

UK' National Insitutue of Economic and Social Research (NIESR) expects the Bank of England (BOE) to hike rates on Thursday and sees rates topping out at 2 percent in 2021. 

NIESR's view contradicts the popular opinion that BOE governor Carney won’t be in any hurry to raise interest rates subsequently.
