OPEC and non-OPEC committee said to see oil market rebalancing by Q3 - BBG

Bloomberg quoted people familiar with the matter, as saying that the latest discussions of the joint technical committee of Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and non-OPEC producers in Vienna concluded that the oil market will see a rebalancing between Q2 and Q3 this year.
