EU's Barnier: Short extension should be conditional on positive vote in UK

As British Prime Minister Theresa May is getting ready to address EU leaders at Brussels summit, European Union's Chief Brexit Negotiator, Michel Barnier, said that a short extension to Article 50 should be conditional on UK parliament accepting PM May's Brexit deal. 

Meanwhile, speaking to reporters on the sidelines, Austrian Chancellor Kurz said that he will support a Brexit extension today and added that it was possible to come to an agreement on an extension this evening.
